The CCCA Museum Annual Show

Route 10 One Hundredth Anniversary
Time to dust off the Classics and hit the road with Jeff
Hery and his '29 Cadillac dual cowl phaeton! Route 10
began as an Indian trail and was used by colonists since
the 1600s. The tour is 20 miles starting at Morgantown
Auto Mall on June 7th at 10 AM. There are 4 stops along
Rt. 10, and it concludes at the Octororo Hotel in Oxford,
PA. The club will host lunch for all participants at the

250th Anniversary Celebration of Revolutionary War
Hero General Marquis de Lafayette
This also includes a road tour which will be led by Jeff
Hery. Marquis de Lafayette was born in 1757 to an aristocratic
family in France. In 1775 at 18 years old he left France
and came to America to help fight the war against England.
He wrote a letter to his wife and said "The welfare of
America is intimately connected with the happiness of
all mankind; she will become the respectable and safe
asylum of virtue, integrity, tolerance, equity and a peaceful
liberty." In 1777 He was shot in the leg at the Battle
of Brandywine. They don’t make them like this any more.
